Our First Night of Weird Food (Thanks to Lance)

Lance, a Chinese student from the University of Texas,  is the absolute best tour guide.  He speaks perfect Mandarin and has already negotiated some pretty great deals for us.  However, when Lance ordered food for us, he made some pretty interesting choices.  Like... for instance... you know... duck tongue... horse meat... rabbit... and (well nobody actually tried this, thank goodness) pig's penis and rooster wattle... Yeah, gross!!!

He did show us how to eat sugar cane, and ordered some pretty delicious fish.  

So, now its back to the Land of Funny Signs.

China is awesome!  I mean, this country continues to keep me entertained with their many interesting signs.  Like this first one, for instance.  I found this sign at the restroom in the Guilin Airport.  It was back to the hole-in-the-floor toilets except for stall number 1.  Apparently, a regular toilet is for the weak only...
